Covid-19 has created unique challenges for all of us and an ever-changing landscape that we must now respond to. As organizations must come to terms with balancing work with safe health practices to help control the spread of this virus we wanted provide our own update. Clever Dog IT Systems meets the requirements of an essential service under the Ontario government's plans to shut down non-essential businesses. As such we will remain open under our normal business hours. We will be working from home office sites and our main office location will be open by appointment only during this time. All phone number, email and text numbers remain the same.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues. We realize it is a challenging time moving to home office locations and we have a number of systems to assist you with this transition.

Health and Safety


First and foremost is the health and welfare of our entire team, clients and friends. We are introducing additional hygiene protocols to ensure our work environment is kept clean. Our team is spread out over a couple offices to minimize group size. Members of our team that exhibit signs of illness or that have compromised immunity will be working from home. Our goal is to keep everyone safe by following the guidance of our local and national healthcare organizations. As part of our response we are reducing any onsite client visits to only those that are essential in order to increase social distancing.


Workplace Resilience


While our team is able to continue our high level of service we provide through our remote access systems we understand that many of you must also move your workplace from the office to the home environment. If you require remote access to your network and systems please let our team know as we can provide a number of options to help you to continue working remotely.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the advice and guidelines of local and national health organizations to ensure we continue to provide a safe workplace. Any updates or changes can be found here.
