Windows 10 End of Support: What You Need to Know

As technology continues to evolve, Microsoft has announced that support for Windows 10 will officially end on October 14, 2025. After this date, Windows 10 will no longer receive updates, including critical security patches. Continuing to use Windows 10 beyond its end-of-support date can expose your devices to increased risks such as malware, ransomware, and other security vulnerabilities.

To stay protected and ensure compatibility with modern software and hardware, we recommend upgrading to Windows 11, the latest version of Microsoft’s operating system. Devices that meet the system requirements for Windows 11 should be updated as soon as possible.

If your current system does not meet Microsoft’s minimum requirements for Windows 11, it may be time to consider a replacement.

In general, computers older than 5 to 7 years are unlikely to be compatible with Windows 11 or may struggle to run it efficiently due to increased hardware demands.
